The dream began with the desire to bring pizza perfection from Italy to Ireland. In 1995 the dream turned into reality with the opening of the first Milano restaurant in Dawson Street, Dublin.

Bringing a dining table to life with great food, great music and great company. Lifting glasses and spirits. Getting smiles on faces and sauce on t-shirts. That's what we're all about.

I applied for the Leaders Of The Future programme and passed to become Deputy Genera Manager! Today I'm a General Manager in Ennis and I love being at the restaurant! My team is like my family."
