" I moved to London two years ago and I have been working for Searcys for 1.5 years. I’m grateful to Searcys and my General Manager for giving me the opportunity work for a great company. When I first joined Searcys, I didn’t know how to make coffee, but with lot’s of training, over time it helped me improve my skills every day. After one year, I took part in the Extract coffee competition and I won! This made me feel amazing, and I was proud of myself and Searcys. I have also achieved employer of the year within my venue, and that drives me to give more every day and continue to work hard. In my opinion, a good coffee starts your day perfectly.
